My name is Lisa Thude, founder of Latched Wellness, LLC

I’m Lisa Thude, RN, BSN, IBCLC—Lactation Consultant, Mom of two, and Women’s Health Nurse with over 15 years of experience. Inspired by my own breastfeeding journey, I provide compassionate, in-home support tailored to you and your unique goals. I believe every family’s path is different, and I’m here to listen, support, and create a personalized plan that works for you. You are heard. You are supported. And you don’t have to do this alone!
